We have a Contact form on this website which if you choose to complete and send will give us information such as your name, address, email address and contact phone numbers. These details are only known by Jo Menhinick, and only used for purposes of contacting you regarding the subject or request you have stated when you have completed the contact form. These personal details are not passed on to anyone else and are not used for any other purpose.

Also on this website there is facility to pay for some of our products via PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you will be able to use it to pay for our products. By using this method you agree to PayPal’s T&Cs. For more information click here.

On this website we use Google Analytics to enable us to see information about how often our site is visited. As far as we are aware, the Google Analytics tools we use do not collect individuals’ IP addresses or personal browsing data from people who may view this website.

At Jo Menhinick Design Ltd we maintain and back-up many of our clients’ websites to our own Dropbox facility. Only Jo Menhinick has access to this facility. We also register all new sites we build with Google for confirmation that the site is live and will be recognised by Google as a legitimate website. We can monitor the website through Google Webmaster Tools. We also add all our websites to our own Google Analytics account where we can monitor traffic, so that we know how the website is working. We do not pass any of this information on to clients unless this service is requested. We do not pass this information on to any third parties.
